YILPORT Puerto Bolívar attended to conference organized by ‘Women in Mining (WIM)’
YILPORT Puerto Bolívar attended “Mining that Connects: Development, Governance, and Gender” conference organized by ‘Women in Mining (WIM)’ and AIME. The conference promoted leadership projects and the active participation of women and young professionals in the industry as the engine of the local economy.
The conference took place in Quito and was attended by government ministers and representatives of the main Ecuadorian mining companies.
During the conference, companies shared their experience and ideas to achieve connectivity, efficient processes, as well as promote the importance of digital tools for the advancement of the mining industry, with a focus on social responsibility and gender issues.
