Başkent OIZ Eti Logistics Ankara Intermodal Terminal Introduced to Representatives of Ministry and Turkish State Railways
Başkent OIZ Eti Logistics Ankara Intermodal Terminal was introduced to distinguished representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) during a panel.
The event started with a presentation by Terminal Manager Enes GENCAL on the terminal's operations, followed by speeches from various industry experts, including:
- Feriha MERT, Assistant General Manager of Directorate General for Regulation of Transport Services
- Tekin ALTUĞ, Board Member of Climate Change Policy and Research Association
- Ömer KOTAN, Sustainability Manager of Kalyon PV
- Tufan BAŞARIR, General Manager of Körfez Ulaştırma
TCDD Assistant General Managers Selim KOÇBAY and Çetin ALTUN, along with TCDD Second Regional Manager Cihan GÜNGÖR, actively participated in the introductory meeting and panel. The event concluded with answering questions from Başkent OIZ participants regarding railway transportation.
Başkent OIZ Eti Logistics Ankara Intermodal Terminal was initiated in collaboration with Eti Logistics, which operates under YILPORT Holding and provides full logistics services in port operations and logistics integration across the Turkish market. The intermodal terminal serves as a transshipment hub for transporting sea cargo to inland regions by directly connecting to all ports by rail.
