Celebrating the Call of COSCO Antwerp and OOCL Kobe to the Port of Lisbon
YILPORT Liscont has witnessed a big occasion, being included in the weekly rotation of the new NET2 service, which COSCO Antwerp and OOCL Kobe vessels are part of.
To honor the captains of COSCO Antwerp and OOCL Kobe, YILPORT Liscont joined a special ceremony where the Administration of the Port of Lisbon (APL) presented them with commemorative plaques. This gesture also celebrated the inaugural call of both vessels to the city’s port.
Operated by Diamond Lines, a subsidiary of COSCO Shipping Lines, the NET2 service connects Lisbon directly to key ports in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, consolidating the strategic position of the Port of Lisbon.
For YILPORT Liscont, it is a remarkable success that points the way forward for new international connections and for Lisbon as a key transit point in global maritime trade.
