Port of Leixões signed a Memorandum of Understanding to increase port efficiency, taking into account the need to increase the companies directly involved in the operation.
The document was signed by YILPORT Leixões, APDL (Douro Ports Administration, Leixões and Viana do Castelo, S. A.), AGEPOR (Association of Shipping Agents of Portugal), ANTRAM (National Association of Public Road FreightErs), APAT (Association of Freight Forwarders of Portugal) and TCGL (General Cargo Terminal And Granéis De Leixões S.A.).
The parties also agreed to set up a 'Working Group' to monitor the implementation of this memorandum.
