YILPORT Puerto Bolivar was inaugurated the ‘High Lighting Project’
Within the scope of YILPORT Puerto Bolivar Security Plan, the ‘High Lighting Project’ which includes the placement of strong reflectors on the waterline at the terminal docks, was inaugurated.
The installation of the 8 1200 w luminaires on Pier 1-2 was successfully completed. It was placed on Pier 1 to strengthen security at the water mirror of all berths. The lights have an automatic system that turns on and off according to daylight, ships on Berth 5 will provide additional lighting thanks to reflectors attached to the booms of the STS cranes.
This implementation will provide better security to vessels berthed at YILPORT Puerto Bolivar.
